Last week, I posted on how to start scrap booking. You can review here. Now, you have your photos organized. Next, you need to decide if you would like to do a digital scrapbook or a tradition scrapbook. If you would like to do a traditional scrapbook, you need to get your pictures printed next. If you have a digital camera - print off the ones you want. There are so many places to get your photos printed now. If you are impatient, like myself, you can use Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Target, or any place like that. It is easy to just upload your photos and then run to pick them up. You can also use Shutterfly, Snapfish, or a place I like to get them is Dimeprints. There are a LOT of places to get your digital photos processed now. You can just look up a local store, and they might have digital photo processing. Some of the places, like Walgreens, will store your photos for a limited period of time. A great benefit of Shuterfly or Snapfish or a company like that is the photos are stored indefinitely on their site! This a fabulous way to backup your photos! If you don't back them up online, make sure you back them up a separate way. There would be nothing worse than loosing your family photos - they are precious memories that cannot be replaced.
